The principal consultant, Mr.Deepak Kohli has several years of experience in the immigration field. An MBA from Baroda, India, Deepak has had a multi-disciplinary career in marketing, financial services and advertising, before taking up a full-time career in Immigration, and thus is able to take a comprehensive view and advice accordingly.

Deepak is a member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), a statutory self-regulatory organization of Canadian Immigration consultants. Deepak is also a registered member of Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), where he also serves on the Executive Committee of Ontario Chapter of CAPIC.

The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) transformed the face of Canadian immigration, after June 28, 2002. IRPA – a sweeping revision of immigration after 26 years - introduced progressive concepts and criteria to determine the profile of new immigrants to Canada, and drastically changed the ground rules for immigration practice. This had immense effect on the skill sets required for an immigration practitioner or Consultant to act as a ‘Representative’. With the introduction of IRPA, the movement towards regulation of immigration consultants also gained momentum. In conjunction, the above developments would go on to alter the topography of the Canadian immigration industry forever.

Deepak foresaw this change and promptly upgraded his education to cover the new concepts, by taking the Immigration Practitioner Post-Diploma programme at Seneca College, Toronto and clearing it with High Honors in 2003. This education coupled with his experience as an immigration practitioner, places him in a unique position to provide balanced advice on immigration matters under the present law. Deepak has an empathetic approach and approaches each case with a deep and solid understanding of the issues faced by the clients, based on individual personal, family and social circumstances.
